Erotic ​embodiment ​for women

What do I mean by erotic? I mean that flow of life force energy that ​flows through your body, centered in your pelvis. It has both ​nothing to do with sex and everything to do with sex. And by ​embodiment, I mean learning and practicing holding your ​awareness in this part of your body - allowing your breath to go ​deeper, your shoulders to drop, and you to tap in to the source of ​energy that flows in you. And if that all sounds a bit woo - it can be ​a deeply spiritual practice, and it is also just obvious and practical.

Sessions are a place where you can bring your deepest longings ​and biggest frustrations. And a place to talk about that stuff that ​feels taboo - from your masturbation practices, to your deep longing ​for romance or hotter sex - it is all welcome in our time together.

Sessions can look all kinds of ways - they can be in person or ​online. They usually inclue a mix of talking, and then me drawing ​on my years of experience with different practices and my own ​journey to be more fully here in this body for us to try together. ​This may include breathing practices, touch practices, mirror work, ​movement, all while honoring you exactly as you are in the moment ​- that frustration or shame or anger or sadness you feel is your life ​force energy and we can alchemize it together.
